All About Balance
I wasn't always fit and healthy. I spent many years feeling unhappy with the way I looked, trying every fad diet that was "in" at the time. My weight yo-yo-ing and being forever inconsistent. My training would be sparratic, either trying to spend 2 hours in the gym doing endless amounts of cardio or not going to the gym in 3 weeks.
I would always wonder why I wasn't getting the results I wanted.
Fast forward years later and here I am with the most balanced lifestyle (I love training, I love being active, I love eating, I don't restrict my foods and I am partial to a drink or a few..) whilst looking the best and most consistent that I have ever looked & felt.
I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. As a fully qualified trainer, I firmly believe in the positive benefits that fitness can bring to all areas of our lives.
I want to help everyone become the best version of themselves in a way that is long-term sustainable and enjoyable.
